So Fresh!
Great product! I use it to make fresh pastry flour. I put a cup of kernels in my vitamix & whiz it on high. It takes only about 10 seconds though I usually count to 30. It's delicious in healthy home baked muffins!

Perfect for home milling!
These soft white wheat berries are my brand of choice for milling my own flour at home. They are fresh, clean and high quality. I use them for making all manner of quick breads such as muffins, pie crusts, cakes, German pancakes, and cookies. I generally add an additional 1/4 cup (30 grams) in recipes calling for store bought AP flour. If I’m taking the time to mill all my own flour, I insist on the finest ingredients. These soft white wheat berries are the ones I choose every time.
