Are those expensive as hell? Yes. But do they work wonders? HELL YES. These patches are absolute lifesavers when you have a deep, painful pimple that's not ready to resurface anytime soon. In other circumstances, you'd try to pierce it with an extractor and squeeze to oblivion creating a red inflamed mess with no result or relief. No-no-no. You slap this baby on with all its needled glory (it will prick). And you go to sleep. In the morning it will either decrease in redness or even vanish or resurface to the point of safe extraction with a cheaper pimple patch. I treasure them and use sparingly as the last resort.

Not sure they live up to the hype, it did reduce pimple size a little. But no more than shoving loads of Cerave acne retinol would, like I would normally use. And didn’t see anything on the sticker after, like in so many videos I’ve watched.

These are not the miracle product I hope they would be! I had an under the skin spot come up around my period and after 3 nights of wearing these patches the spot was still there. I did have hope for them because they stung a tiny bit for a second when I put them on which made me think they were working. They had good stickiness and stayed on my face and I liked the wipes they come with too and they didn’t irritate my skin. But for the price I’m just not sure they are worth it! They were cheaper here than anywhere else I searched so if I do repurchase I would go through Amazon. EDIT: Updated with an additional star for excellent customer service

Did exactly the same as cheaper ones. Applied as soon as felt tingle or itch. Which i find sign of cyst developing. Didn't do anything different to much cheaper ones. Way over priced and over packaged for no noticeable difference. I wasn't expecting a miracle but was hopeful help soothe, flatten even slightly as advertised... nothing.

They stick well for sure but I used this entire pack on 3 under skin spots I had on my face wearing them for at least 6 hours at a time and I still have those three spots. Yes they have gone down a bit but not a lot. Definitely not worth over fifty quid

These patches irritate my face and left a red mark around my hormonal acne, which made it look worse. I don't think they help at all; they just caused a burning sensation. It’s better to stick to a cheaper alternative, like Hero patches, to avoid picking at your spots until they heal naturally.

Works great, little needles keep pressure to help any irritating visitors go away. Can keep it on and you can't really tell you're wearing it.

I pop one of these on at night and by morning the bump is either completely gone or significantly reduced. It doesn’t dry out my skin either, probably thanks to the hyaluronic acid. They stay on really well through the night and don’t peel off like other patches I’ve tried. The price is a little high for only 20 patches, but honestly, I don't need to use them constantly. I save them for those annoying emergencies — the big, angry pimples that show up at the worst times — and they’ve never let me down. If you deal with those deep, hormonal breakouts or stubborn early-stage pimples, these are worth trying.

I love pimple patches and have tried tons of brands. I was excited when finding these for my stubborn, hormonal cystic zits I get. In the last 24 hours, I've applied FOUR different patches. Always on clean, dry skin. No matter what I do, these just fall off. I've tried it with AND without the prep pad. Nothing's making them stick. Never had this issue with other brands. No idea if the product actually even works since I can't get them to stay more than an hour. Definitely avoid! *EDIT*: though it slid down my face from where I originally put it, I was able to get one to finally stick overnight. It did shrink my cyst nearly in half, but for the price of these I wasted 4 just to get one real use out of it. The product does work, it just has terrible adhesion to the skin.

Most effective patch I’ve tried (and I’ve tried A LOT) for reducing the swelling of deeper cystic acne. I typically put on 1 patch over the course of 3 nights. It’s pricey but worth it for emergency situations, such as when you have a big day coming up (and people will be focusing on your face more than usual). Highly recommend.

These really do work well if you get deep cystic pimples. Sometimes I can use these patches with the micro darts and head them off before they get too bad.
