Wind in my ears causes vertigo. Will these eliminate wind blowing in my ears?

These will reduce wind noise, and as part of that they will reduce the amount of air blowing into your ears. They will not completely eliminate all air blowing into your ears.

I have not. Only on an E bike with top speed of 30 mph on hills.

how do i answer pone calls?

If you hold your phone on your ear, you will hear the voice on the phone . The wind free ear muffs are porous and sound comes through easily. I hate wind noise and these reduce wind noise very well. Often I use earbuds under the earmuffs and phone calls come through fine.
