The only catch is that you have to anticipate the need. Personally, I prefer DHM in pill form, but I have friends and family who are more comfortable with this skin patch. Everyone I have convinced to try has been baffled and amazed by the effect. These patches adhere pretty well. You might experience a little residue after removal, but nothing soap and water can’t handle. There is something to be said for taking your lumps when you overindulge, just to keep yourself in check; but on a rare occasion when you know in advance that you will be making poor choices, these fantastic patches will help you avoid a lot of misery.
