I was looking for something that would keep me from feeling drained everyday at 2pm. This felt like drinking premium coffee on my private veranda on a cruise. I haven’t taken a nap and I’m not snacking all day. I helped hubby cut part of the tree and clean up all leaves n branches. I’ve had an active day that started w my 2 mile walk. I’m getting this for adult son n dtr. If you need a gentle boost to be productive and not dragging part of the day, give this a try.

I found that this product worked really well for me. Originally, I noticed an extreme level of alertness beginning around a half hour after taking the pill and it lasted all day long into the evening up to bedtime. I had no trouble falling asleep like normal even though I could still feel the effects late at night. After a few weeks the strong alert feelings seemed to diminish somewhat. Now, I take it early in the morning along with all my other pills and it seems to kick in about a half-hour later. It may not feel as strong as it did at first, but it works well enough that I take it nearly every day even though its effects seem more subtle than it was at first. It's still effective in making me feel more alert and less sleepy during the day at work. I also carry spare Time Release Caffeine Capsules in a small bottle inside my lunchbox in case I didn't take it earlier at home on mornings I already felt alert.

Helped ween me off soda, and keeps my energy throughout the day. Have been using for over 2 years and I love them! Will probably use them for the rest of my life🤍

Works well, lasts long time, it does however give you the runs at least for me. Worth it.

To rate this product, I feel I should give a little bit of my back story. I am a middle aged woman and I suffer from a debilitating disease that causes extreme fatigue. I also suffer from extreme, chronic gastricintestinal reflux disorder. Due to extreme GERD, I had to have a Gastric Bypass. I was hesitant at first to try these given the bypass, but we were getting ready to move to a different city and I couldn’t afford to be sleepy all day. I was afraid I might injure myself by being so fatigued. My son offered me one of his time release caffeine pills. I normally don’t take any caffeine or drink much caffeine because it gives me the jitters, especially now that I’ve had the bypass. That being said, I figured it was no different than just having one cup of coffee or tea, so I would just work my way past the jitters. But I was wrong. It was different. It was WAY BETTER than a cup of coffee. I didn’t experience any of the usual coffee type jitters. I didn’t have reflux issues from it. It lasted a good 5-6 hours and there was no post caffeine crash. There is just the right amount of caffeine for me, not too much or too little. And the time release worked great, even with the gastric bypass. I think they’re great!

My biggest complaint in searching for a caffeine pill was how much caffeine they all have in them, especially for a concentrated dose. This product has 100 mg (comparable to an 8-oz cup of coffee) compared to the 200 mg that most of the caffeine pills I looked at contained. The smaller dose coupled with the time-release dosing in this product is why I decided to try it. This caffeine pill is about the size as your average multivitamin. It is powder in a capsule, so if you have difficulty swallowing pills you could easily open the capsule and mix the powder in with food or drink. There is really no flavor if you swallow the capsule. If you balk at the amount of caffeine even with the time-release, you could always open the capsule and only use half of the dose, which would disperse an amount of caffeine somewhere between what is in an average 12-oz can of soda and an average 20-oz bottle of soda, or about the equivalent amount in two 8-oz cups of tea. I don't feel jittery after taking one of these capsules and it does seem to sustain my energy longer than constantly drinking soda did. I definitely feel better using these as a caffeine source than I do drinking soda, and these will be more cost-effective than the amount of soda I have been drinking.

My husband's neurologist advised we use only caffeine, initially, in an attempt to stem his excessive drowsiness/sleeping. I started with stronger coffee, but he wouldn't drink anymore than his usual morning amount. That's why I ordered these. I have used the limit (4 in 24 hours). Unfortunately, they have not helped. He has dementia, possibly "mixed", & an olfactory fossa meningioma. For others, this product might be the best way to go - for us, it wasn't.
