The first one I bought died after a year, but this little thing keeps plugging along. Clicking and scrolling and saving me from wrist strain. I can't convince anyone else to try it, but the 45 degree grip is such a relief on my joints, plus it's cheap AF. I though no way a $15 mouse would be any good, but I guess it's a pretty basic piece of equipment.
