I have contacted them two weeks ago and no response. Even offered to pay them for the size up. So maybe consider a different seller since they don’t adhere to what they promised. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW. THEY DID SEND ME ANOTHER FOAM PADDING LINER QUICKLY AFTER I FINALLY GOT IN CONTACT WITH THEM. THEIR PRODUCT INFORMATION SAYS IF IT IS TO LARGE OR TO SMALL THEY WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I ORDERED A MEDIUM PER THE MEASURING TECHNIQUE. IT WAS TO TIGHT FOR MY HEAD. THE IMMEDIATELY SENT ME THE REPLACEMENT PADDING TO ACCOMMODATE A LARGE SIZE. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID THEY MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISE TO MAKE SIZE ADJUSTMENTS S PROMISED. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE HELP YOU PROVIDED .NOW THE HELMET IS A PERFECT FIT. IT REALLY IS COMFORTABLE WHEN YOU SIZE IT CORRECTLY. ALL THE OTHER FEATURES ARE GREAT AND EASY TO USE. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE FLIP DOWN SUNSHADE. VERY NICE FEATURE. SO FOR THE PRICE AND THE QUALITY AND FIT THIS IS A SUPER BUY. Review: Great helmet - Bought this as an upgrade from a downhill mountain bike full face helmet. It's definitely heavier ( I think its nearly 5 lbs?) but wow you feel much safer with this and it's so much more comfortable. The airflow is great. I will say though when it's hot and you're sweating a little if you aren't moving the lenses fog up FAST which is dangerous and I really don't like that but at least you can flip the visor up easily. Very comfortable. Oh I will say there's a terrible sound echo inside the helmet. If you raise your voice to talk to people through the helmet it's like you're yelling at yourself inside the helmet which I also don't like. Still worth it though for the price. ## Features - fabric - Imported - High Resistance ABS Shell With Micrometrically Adjustable Strap - Meets or Exceeds FMVSS-218 and DOT Safety Standards - Helmet Liner / Cheek Pads are Lightweight, Soft and Easily Removable and Washable - Sleek and Lightweight Design Reduces Wind Noise - Modular Flip-Up Function Anti-Scratch, Anti-Fog and Wide View Clear Visor ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01LYLKZL9 | | Best Sellers Rank | #3,195 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #8 in Motorcycle & Powersports Helmets | | Brand | ILM | | Brand Name | ILM | | Certificate Type | DOT | | Closure Type | chin strap | | Color | White | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | All of the above | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 852 Reviews | | Included Components | Helmet Storage Bag*1, Motorctcle Helmet | | Item Weight | 4.7 pounds | | Manufacturer | ILM | | Manufacturer Part Number | ILM-902 | | Material | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) | | Material Type | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) | | Model Name | ILM-902 | | Model Number | ILM-902 | | Number Of Vents | 6 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Shape | Oval | | Shell Type | Hard | | Specification Met | DOT | | Sport | Motorcycling | | Sport Type | Motorcycling | | Style Name | motorcross-motorcycles | | Vehicle Service Type | All of the above | | Warranty Description | 5 Year Manufacturer | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ILM - **Color:** White - **Item Weight:** 4.7 Pounds - **Material:** Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) - **Vehicle Service Type:** All of the above ## Images ![ILM Motorcycle Dual Visor Flip up Modular Full Face Helmet DOT Model 902/902L - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61EA56NQJlL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: If your helmet size is not right.** A: Get another pair of Liners (S-XXL) to make helmet fit better or contact ILM. **Q: The helmet is damaged in transport/the wrong helmet.** A: Please contact ILM with a picture of the issue. We will send parts to fix the helmet or exchange it. **Q: How to Adjust the Strap Length?** A: Remove the upper strap from the adjuster. I ordered one size up and it's very slightly loose but better than too tight, so sizing is pretty right on. Build quality is what you'd expect from $100 helmet. Minimal protection in the packaging. You'll get just a helmet in a box. The chin curtain had come unsnapped partially somewhere along the line, but it has snapped back and stayed there. Also, I should mention that I was surprised that it is relatively quiet. ## Frequently Bought Together - ILM Motorcycle Dual Visor Flip up Modular Full Face Helmet DOT 6 Colors Model 902 - ILM Motorcycle Balaclava Face Mask for Ski Model FM01 - KEMIMOTO Tactical Gloves for Men, Touchscreen Motorcycle Gloves with Hard Shell & Palm Padding for Sports Motorcycle Cycling Tactical Airsoft Paintball Hunting Hiking Camping Climbing --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.in/products/41026063-ilm-motorcycle-dual-visor-flip-up-modular-full-face-helmet](https://www.desertcart.in/products/41026063-ilm-motorcycle-dual-visor-flip-up-modular-full-face-helmet) --- *Product available on Desertcart India* *Store origin: IN* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
