It has been really complicated to find a Flavor that tastes Licorice but not Anise. So there's a few things to explain here. First, this seller is awesome, excellent and friendly customer service. This Flavoring smells great as soon as you open up the bottle, much better flavor than other commercial brands that I've tried. However (I know it's my problem, not the product itself) I do really like a heavy Licorice taste and I had to use the whole bottle in one batch of candy. I'll continue my trial-error quest for Licorice flavor, while I'll find it I'll stick to this brand. Review: A little pricey, but good - It sure added flavor to my peanut butter cookies.
