I have been working out for a good 5-6 months on my Spirit XE395 elliptical in addition to using weighted medicine ball routines. Just could not get my lower rectus abdominus challenged. So, I bought this ab roller. This roller is great. NOTHING to assemble. So far ZERO wear and tear on my LVP flooring. Very easy to find the correct posture for back/hip/pelvis alignment/angle. The wheel is 4" wide. I eventually plan on cutting it to the left and right during workouts, and not just straight forward and back. Balancing side -to-side is almost effortless. It lets me focus on my form and not my balance. I am 6 feet tall. Long arms and legs. PERFECT fit/posture when my elbows are "fitted into" the foam padded elbow cups. Just try to keep the foremost part of the bar close to the floor (1-2 inches above?) without bottoming it out. I have big hands (Men's XL glove size) and big feet (13 Medium). I grasp the front of the bar with my thumbs almost side-by-side and my chin is centered directly over the wheel while looking between my thumbs on the bar. Make sure your forearms/elbows are seated in the padded cups. Place your arms/elbows into the cups 1st BEFORE you grip the bar. It should feel comfortable. Do not lean rearward at all. Use your abs to both extend and pull yourself back to home position. Plenty of vids online. WATCH THEM and check out the link! Kneeling pads are comfortable and stay in place. Overall, an excellent and well thought out design. Looks good too! Great price point to for the quality one gets! ENJOY!

I’ve used different ab rollers but this one is by far the best. It is really well made and the forearm supports let you get full extension. It’s a little more expensive than others but this is a case of “you get what you pay for.”

I have used this core strengthening device for 4 years at my athletic club. It is excellent for building core muscle. I’ve bought one for home so I can increase my days using the device. It is comfortable and much better than devices that are only a wheel and straight handles, which put strain on shoulders. Highly recommend.

I've had a lot of ab rollers and this one takes the cake when it comes to quality and comfortability. The price is ridiculously high though. Would give it 5 stars if it was at least a $50 bucks, but otherwise i love it

I love that this ab roller doesn’t have the rebound motion. Previously, I had been shopping very vigorously for a ab roller that didn’t come with the rebound motion and I could not find one at all on Amazon, so I stopped looking for a long while. thank Goodness I read all the products specs from all the other an roller companies being they were honest enough to tell all of us customers that theirs came with the rebound motion. This Rebound motion does not work for me. So I decided to look for it option again and Wala. When I started looking again and did some searches, this time this company called dmoose popped up with this “No Rebound” option, but wasn’t very clear If it had the rebound motion or not..it only stated that the product wouldn’t put stress on your wrists and elbows, so I asked some questions on this dmoose page on Amazon and they answered right away and they said “no it does not come with a rebound motion” which was great. I immediately gave it thumbs up and ordered it. Ot just arrived and it looks solid!! And well made… I spun the wheels back-and-forth and yup “NO REBOUND”. This is great for me being I have used an original ab roller and loved it but started to hurt or I should say put more pressure and stress on my wrists and elbows more in my elbows. My abs are pretty strong and don’t need any help with some spring type of action..Thank you, dmoose for giving me this option, or I should say “NO REBOUND OPITON” lol!!! 🤣

Great Ab Wheel. You grip it, placing elbows on pad and your won’t hurt your shoulders or back. I use it everyday I workout, Monday - Friday.

Acquistato usato al prezzo di 70 ero anziché 140. Secondo me non vale il prezzo, pur essendo abbastanza valido ed efficace. Il materiale della ruota è ok su un materassino, in alternativa è piuttosto rigido.

Solid construction, built to last. An asset to any home gym. I would definitely recommend.
