Had to blow my nose a little more than usual for a few days. So I started taking 3 pills for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and then with a snack in the evening for a few days. My symptoms are gone again. It’s August 21st now, and for the last 3 days, not one sneeze. No itchy eyes, stuffy nose, etc. Nothing! So I lowered my frequency again only taking 3 Allerplex in the morning and 2 fermented cod liver oil for the last 3-4 days. Still no symptoms. I monitor the pollen count daily. But my son and I have less allergy attacks than when not taking this supplement. No adverse effects. Just noticeable when we don't take this supplement after a few days (allergies come back: nasal dripping, itchy eyes, scratchy throat, dry cough). It takes about two weeks to notice the difference, but well worth the wait. I have severe allergies to pollen, grass, certain trees (basically the outdoors). And I finally am able to participate in outdoor activities with my kids thanks to this supplement. It's better than allergy meds because there are no apparent adverse effects. I like it!
