Items are okay and well made but it just feels like it's a bit expensive for what it is

Great quality.
Have not had the chance to use this properlt yet but have attached the rope to the bag and weight and have had a few throws and it works a treat. Just need to get a little more accurate with it. Much better quality than ones I have had in the past.

Essential arborist kit
I'm not a tree professional but own and manage a woodland so need to make use of various kit that the pros use. Using ropes and rigging is one aspect and having a proper throwline is pretty handy for getting up into high branches or limbs. Being a Stein kit one expects quality and it is, coming with a storage pouch with 50m of nylon line and a 280g weight. That said at £40 or so it seems high for what you get. Using it is pretty easy and being a former cricket player, the weight is a little more than a cricket ball so easy enough to get some height on it ensuring that the line is free to unravel as it goes. Overall a useful addition and essential for arborists if not other uses.

You can’t put a Price on Someone’s Life, so I’m Happy to Pay £39.95 for this High Quality Throw Line, that’s Mainly Used in Ensuring Rigging Ropes & Equipment, are Safely in Place for Tree Care! I’ve not had the chance to Use it yet, but being a Tree Surgeon I’ve used Lots in the past and Know how they Work - The Throw Weight Feels Good & Well Balanced in the Hand and is a Nice Weight at 280g/10oz. For those that don’t know, the Manufacturer “Stein” are actually Renown Worldwide as a Leading Manufacturer of High-Quality Tree Care Equipment, Trusted by Professionals like Myself.
