Zyllion Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager with Heat - Cordless Rechargeable 3D Electric Kneading Deep Tissue Massage Pillow with 2 Speeds for Muscle Pain Relief, Black, ZMA-34RB

I have gone through a bunch of these pillows through the years. They really give you a good massage. The downfall is most of the ones I have in the past would wear out after a couple of years, either the massaging node would break off or the gear wheel would break or the mesh would tear and it would be such a pain to try and get a replacement I would just give up and buy a new one. This one is different in that it lasted me for five years after I bought it from Zyllion which proves it was much better quality, for one thing they provide a spandex girdle the fits tightly over the cloth mesh for the massaging nodes to reduce friction and prevent tearing. Second the gear wheels are much more durable. That being said the massaging node did break off here recently, but thanks to the accessible zipper cover which I could open (most other companies make it very difficult to take the cover off without breaking the zipper) I was able to remove the cover and was able to replace the massaging node with a simple screw driver and part which Zyllion was willing to provide for me free even though five years had elapsed since I purchased it. Also since the outer mesh was wearing away they also replaced that as well. So great product and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I want to gift this to my Mother, sister, aunt and friend, this thing is just TOO GOOD! It targets every area of the body head to toe, you just need to get creative in your positioning - I've been using it everyday in bed just right after waking up and before going to sleep and it helps me go to bed more relax and come out of it more energized - especially because you are "forced" to breath deeper and that on its own makes wonder. A friend of mine recommended it to me, he has 3 years with his and has taken it internationally on the plane (beware, there are airlines that won't aloud it) - but I'm wishing to have mine for years to come as well. I'll recommend getting the rechargeable one, because it's just easier to move around and take it places. I find that it has a decent battery life - I want to say close to two hours, but hasn't measured the time - I just plug it in if I know I've used it quite a lot. It gives me tge peace of mind that if some aches in the body I know I have my zillion at home waiting for me to make things softer. (Make sure it comes with the sleeve!- I had to write to support because of them didn't)

I love this massager! I purchased one for myself and then a second one for my husband! It’s great to decrease tension in the low back muscles. It works great to place it against the back rest of my couch or recliner and I lean back on it. I generally sit on a folded blanket to target my lower lumbar and sacral area (lower part of the low back) , then remove it to target the lumbar spine (general low back area). The heat feature is great too. I usually make sure I use my shirt or a small towel as an extra barrier if I use it for a few cycles as it gets pretty warm, but it works great. I like it so much I will probably buy a few as gifts for Christmas this year! Edit: I have purchased 2 of these massagers as gifts with great response! I have been a physical therapist for over 15 years and I specialize in treating chronic pain, low back and neck pain, pelvic pain, and headaches. This is a WONDERFUL tool for my patients to use to help manage their symptoms. I have recommended it countless times for my patients and actually got one to keep in my clinic to allow them to try it. Having a tool that can help decrease muscle pain is a great way to help my patients be able to tolerate the exercises that will help them move better which is where the healing process starts. The Zyllion customer service reps are always quick to respond to any questions I’ve had about their products. I’ve had this unit for my personal use for over 2 years and it is still going strong! I highly recommend this product!!

UPDATE 3/23/23: Yeah, i’m still talking about this massager 😻 Wanted to add I just tried it on my head and it was magical ✨✨ My head wasnt even hurting, was just curious how it would feel. Also, surprisingly, at same time it got my upper neck all the way around, an area i had problems reaching before and it got some achey spots very nicely. Try your head! UPDATE 9/17/22: Yes I overdid it and was a little sore the next day (it hurt SO good) - however! I had so much relief from the tight knots in my back, was so relaxed and relieved. I waited a couple of days before resuming and kept it to just 15-20 mins and had no more soreness at all. I can do it for as long as I want now. So just be careful if you're really tight or knotted up not to overdo at first. Yes, i also wish the on/off was a bit more convenient, and it's tricky getting the neck area, but it's still a solid 5 stars for me. Also - you have to click the cables together until they snap when you first set it up, people complaining of the cables coming undone aren't following the directions. I super love this thing. Original Review: Arrived 10 mins ago, been on it 5 mins and OMG, yes! If you get knots above, between or around your shoulder blades, this just might be your holy grail. I placed it on a pile of pillows in bed and reclined with it in the middle of my back, but wasn't hitting right at all, so I shifted it over so it's more centered over shoulder blade and good golly, it's so damn good. just moved it to other side, took a couple rearrangements of massager and pillows, but found the sweet spot on left. I like deep massage and a fair amount of pressure and this delivers. The heat is ok, but like others have commented, pretty minimal. There's a soft humming to the motor, but less than expected, barely noticeable. I'm prob going to overdo it and be sore. I've needed these knots worked on since before the pandemic. Looking forward to moving it around and trying different areas. So far it has exceeded expectations.

It's not very strong. Don't like that it dies very quickly and the stopping every 15 mins. It's not very useful and may returning.

We’ve tried several back massagers but none so effective as this. Relief from two herniated discs is immediate. A ten minute massage lasts me for hours. And it’s compact and convenient enough to take it with me wherever I go. The charger lasts about 3 hours without heat. About half that with the heater on. This is the best massager I have ever used. I love it.

I read the reviews and for the price (not high) thought I would give this a try. WELL WORTH the money. I would be surprised if ANYONE would not like this product. A nice alternative to a full chair back massage unit (and more discreet for use at work, etc.) I was skeptical, but I have to say that this thing feels great (possibly a little rough depending on how much pressure you put on it, but it doesn't bother me). I used it right out of the box for about an hour, working lower back then moving it up every 5-10 minutes, then down and up again. I used it upright (power button on top) for lower back, then flipped it over for higher on the back. As the top and bottom rotating balls are not the same, I have to flip it over for my upper back for comfort. My back was totally unlocked after use -- NEVER felt better. In short, you can't go wrong with this unit. My ONLY critiques are the following. 1. The connection between the unit and the chord is not super tight, so I've disconnected it a couple of times. Not a huge issue. 2. The power button is not in the best location. When you use it upright (power button on top) - no issues. However, when you flip it over (power button on the bottom), which you may have to do for comfort and depending on how your back curves, the power button may (it does for me) press into your chair and power the unit off. It's pretty annoying and the only reason this did not get 5 stars. The power button should be on the side where it won't get pressed by your chair, or better yet on the chord itself. Having the power on the chord also would be better to make it easier to shut off (like if someone comes in your office while you're using it), as opposed to having to fumble around behind your back.

I've used it after every basketball game to reduce the back pain. There is a notable decrease in back tension and an improvement in mobility. The 15min timer is perfect.

I found nothing to dislike really. I have been wanting to try a massager for chronic lower back pain and after reviewing them extensively on line opted for this one. I am not disappointed. This little machine is excellent for reducing spasms and pain in this brittle, 77 year old back. You can adjust the pressure just by leaning forward a bit if it’s too intense or by using the lighter mode already programmed in. Lots of adjustments are available to personalize this little massager. I am happy with the rechargeable/portable capability as well. This allows me to use the massager untethered to an electrical outlet. One negative aspect which might bother some is the heating element is a little on the mild side so don’t expect a gush of real warmth. What heat it does emit is fine for me but others might like more.

Estos aparatos tienen un riesgo alto, las bolas son muy duras...como un fisio cuando aprieta con sus manos, la diferencia es que el fisio sabe donde pone las manos y este aparato te lo pones tu. Las manos del fisio notan donde tienen que apretar, este aparato tiene dos 4 bolas durisimas. Por mi experiencia no lo aconsejo
