Review: simple to use and maintain, makes a consistently decent cup of coffee - Makes a good cup of coffee unlike others which I have owned,(spinn, nespresso), I have a milk foamer, so I bought this simpler model which is perfect for me, because there's less cleaning than with a foamer or a milk thingie. I use their fancy water filter so I don't have to descale it, love that, worth the money. Cleaning is pretty easy using their little tablet things. One dumb thing, 'the grounds container needs to emptied' message, seems to be just based on a count. A few times I was proactive and cleaned it all out, only to get the message within the next time or two that I used the machine, and as far as I recall, it wasn't enough to pull the thing out and slide it back in. Sometimes I have to swirl the beans a bit because they don't drop into the grinder, I got into the habit of doing it most of the time after I make a cup just to reset things. Not worth making a cup with too few beans in it because the grinder didn't fill properly. I only drink Jamaican Blue Mtn and this machine does fine with it. Review: Only last 2 years - I have gone through 3 Jura's in 7 years. The Jura ena 4 always breaks as soon as warranty expires. The metal mesh puck maker gets clogged and have to clean it out over and over again by hand. They make if difficult to open the machine to clean without special tool and it is $400 to send off to fix. Also, waste so much coffee when it does not work properly. Some will say it is because of the espresso beans but I have tried too many brands with same results.
