When she massaged my feet & hands I realized how it got rid of my headache and shoulder pain. The massage therapist explained reflexology to me and told me I could get the diagrams on Amazon. I meet with a group of seniors and we massage each other's hands and feet to relieve minor pains. Not to replace serious pain. These diagrams are GREAT. They are laminated which I like so they don't tear and are easy to read.
