Questo libro di terapia intensiva è un riferimento fondamentale per chiunque lavori e sottolineo lavori (o studi nell’ambito della terapia intensiva durante la specialità e intenda appunto seguire questo percorso). I contenuti sono organizzati in modo chiaro e dettagliato, con aggiornamenti sulle più recenti linee guida e protocolli. Ogni capitolo affronta gli aspetti pratici della gestione del paziente critico, includendo casi clinici, schemi riassuntivi e consigli utili per l’attività clinica. Molto utili le tabelle riassuntive, che facilitano l’apprendimento anche dei concetti più complessi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi desidera approfondire le proprie conoscenze o prepararsi al meglio per la pratica clinica in terapia intensiva, si può affermare che sia IL manuale di riferimento, in quanto più completo di altri manuali più brevi come il marino, da usare appunto come perno su cui apprendere le nozioni base e avanzate della terapia intensiva, tenendo conto che per quanto aggiornatissimo, alcuni argomenti vanno studiati e rivisti direttamente dalle review
