The are very cute. I decided to start wearing them now to break them in prior to the trip. 8 1/2, my usual size, was too small, so I ordered a nine. Initially, the felt fine, but as I wore them, they seemed to get wider, (not in the toe area), and slip off my heel. The back area also digs into the back of my ankle. I was able to find some pads for the ankle area but they will need to be trimmed due to the cut out designs. I have two tiny cuts in the back of my ankles from one day's wear of these shoes. So, though they are attractive, they have not been comfortable and are not a good choice for many hours of walking. The Tsubo are MORE comfortable than the Hush Puppies I bought and almost feel like I am wearing a walking shoe rather than a cute flat. Totally worth the money.
