It’s installed in a 2012 mazda cx-9. Is there some special way to install?** A: If it’s not press in correctly it will keep falling off. It happened to me until I flipped the round disk the other way and then it lock snapped and locked into place. It comes with the cover and a round disk. You have to make sure that the round disk attaches to the cover correctly then you can attach to the ignition and it should not fall off. I hope this helps.
