I am not one to write reviews....I have been dealing with SEVERE FOOT PAIN and have tried various pain meds and foot creams with no relief whatsoever. Very hard to walk or apply pressure on the right foot. A tech at the pain clinic suggested these foot wraps which I could not believe would ease my pain. Tried them on for the first time seemed tight on the feet and seemed to make the pain worse. After sleeping in them overnight and wearing them to work...Bus Driver.. I could feel some relief pain level dropped from 10 to about 4. I would highly suggest these well worth a try. Hope I can decrease the pain level to 1 or 2. God willing zero no pain.

I have been battling plantar fasciitis for about 5 months.. and losing my mind in the process. I have tried EVERYTHING. PT, all sorts of insoles, braces, I do all the exercises every day, I have purchased several pairs of sneakers 😑. I Sleep on a special pillow for good back alignment (my pt believes my issue stems from my back).I have worked on my posture and developed new consistent habits. For years I have walked 3-4 miles a day and it’s been beyond frustrating not being able to do that anymore consistently. I would make progress, then insoles would get worn out a little and the pain was back. Nothing provided instant relief like these bands! Within an hour of wearing them the first day I noticed a difference. Waking up and getting out of bed the next day for the first time was not pure misery! I’m excited to dive back into walking! I went from an 8-9 in pain to maybe 1-3. I have extremely extremely high arches. As a result It’s so hard to avoid causing strain on some level even if I’m doing everything right. These little bands remove that strain consistently. They seem to offer support so that my foot can do it’s thing without irritating the arch. Then by default the heel pain got better soon after. Don’t get me wrong - healing requires finding the root issue and dealing with that too. But I have a feeling these bands will get me going in the direction I need and fast. I don’t care how often I have to replace them. The price isn’t bad & after 5 months of misery I’m so thankful to not be in so much pain every time I stand up. Note: I wear the band ALL day - and then remove it only at night. The next morning I stretch my foot& calf in bed - then put on the band before I start walking. My theory is that it’s essential to keep the arch supported at all times so it can heal without being aggravated.

I like these. They provide comfort, support, and relief just as described. I have a problem with one of the supports. I have emailed the company directly, I have messaged the seller here and have received no response from either as of this writing. I didn't want to bring up my issue in a "review" however, this is my experience. I purchased the arch supports and had to ease into wearing them slowly. I have an issue with textures and the feeling of being a part of my body being "confined" or "compressed." After building up the tolerance to wear these for an extended period of time, I enjoyed the comfort and the support but I started to have this sensation that something was sticking me in the foot. I removed the support to find at the seam there is this a plastic or hard nylon thread (?) that is sticking my skin. It's too small to "clip" or "cut" but long enough to be noticeable and uncomfortable. I wrote Copper Compression about 3 weeks in and the failure to respond has put me past my "return window." I liked these and see where they had potential. I am satisfied with the product, not satisfied with the comfort of the one cuff that is defective and completely unsatisfied with the company's lack of responsiveness and/or the fact that I have to bring it to this forum. I don't write "bad" reviews, I don't like to focus on the negative and I certainly don't like the feeling that I've wasted money.

Bought these to help my wife with her plantar issue. They seem to help, but not a miracle cure. She has been wearing them almost everyday for a few weeks now and the pain is still there, but it's better than it used to be. I think it would really help if they were tighter. Her feet are size 7 so these are a little big for her. Wish they had sizes instead of one size fits all. Might try to alter them to get a tighter fit. -Update- The company reached out to me and asked if I would like to try another product since the arch supports weren't tight enough for my wife's small feet. I chose the compression sleeves and they were shipped at no charge the same day. Wearing them she immediately noticed how much more compression these provide. After using on our hikes for a few weeks (25 miles or so) her feet no longer hurt at all during or after. These sleeves seem to have that miracle cure I was looking for. So if you have small feet you may want to purchase the sleeves instead of the bands. This company provides great customer support and stands behind their products. Will purchase another set if needed.

Excellent help for fallen arches pain and plantar fasciitis; I have reordered multiple times. Washable. Excellent quality. Adjustable. Easy to use.

I bought this product twice. The first time it was great and helped me recover from falling arches. When the first pair (black, regular size) was wearing out I ordered another pair, but even though I ordered the same thing, the second pair is much smaller and causes pain. There is no child size, but that's what it feels like I got. I could wear the first pair to bed with no issues, but the new pair causes so much pain it wakes me up in the night. I hope it's a fluke, and I would like to review the product higher for the first pair, but I wouldn't dare waste money on a third attempt, hence the poor-quality 1-star review. Update: I decided that the second product must have been a packaging error, so I just bought a third pair, using the same buy it again feature from the first good pair, but yet again I got a small and painful pair. So future potential customers need to be aware that the seller's sizing has evidently changed without notice and their so-called normal size that is supposed to fit most adults would now be most suitable for petite women or children. Normal adult males should try their plus size for a better result. I've sought a refund for my most recent purchase and will then try the plus size and make a further update. As of now I still rate the product as listed at 1 star, and the seller needs to update their product page to note the changing of their sizing to prevent other customers this trouble.

My foot pain is gone. I'm on my feet for many hours, and this is the only thing that has helped me. I recommend it 100%.

I have hammer toes, bunions, and mid-foot arthritis in both feet. The orthopedic doctor put me in SuperFeet orthotics, arch support strap, toe spreader, and toe sleeve all at the same time on my right foot as it was the worst of my problem. I could barely put my shoe back on. The toe spreader and toe sleeve ended up in the trash right away. They were useless. Made my hammer toe hurt even worse. I tried the orthotics on their own in my shoes. I had to remove the insole from the shoe and use only the orthotics. That left no cushioning in the shoes. Very painful to walk after a few hours. The arch support strap was the only thing I was able to use but I only had one and it was showing signs of dirt right away. So, I started searching for a pair so I could have one on both feet and even a second pair to wear when I wash the first pair. I tried four different styles. The first was a support with built in round foam pad designed to realign the arch. Yuck! First step was weird. Second was a support with built in plastic formed orthotics. OUCH!! I could barely walk after wearing them long enough to cook dinner. The third was a straight support that was bad but it had this weird thick cuff on the top end that gave the feeling of a wadded sock around your foot. The fourth try is this product. Smooth sleeve. No pads, plastic forms, thick edges. Wore them all day yesterday. Foot feels better this morning. Already ordered a second pair.

Just a little small for male foot but they will stretch

It helps relieve a foot cramp, that I have on the top of my foot. But, I can’t keep them on all day. After a few hours I have to remove them. But I like how it keeps my foot tight. I recommend these compression bands.

After wearing for just 24 hours, my pain went from an 11 out of 10, to a 1 - 2. I could actually put weight on my foot first thing in the morning. Huge improvement in my case. Highly recommended for PF.
