Not Getting Bulk Charging Voltage for AGM

Getting support is difficult. Seller JBTools should have direct line available for help. What is correct DIP switch setting for AGM batteries - ON-OFF-ON or OFF-ON_OFF? Which? Not getting correct bulk stage charging voltage. Want response to inquiries or returning this in very quickly. 2 days is too long. Seems defective.
