Hey there ladies reading reviews and looking to relieve your PCOS symptoms. I purchased these supplements for two reasons. Firstly because I had a friend who suffered severely from PCOS after taking birth control. She is literally terrified to try anything because she claims her pcos was a side effect. So me, being a little more adventurous decided to be a guinea pig for her and also to see if it would relieve some of my own PCOS. I get a light woman mustache and literally about two chin hairs that grow routinely, so after seeing the pictures of women whose symptoms were reduced because I’m one of those seeing is believing kinds of people I decided to purchase this product. A few comment state that quite a few women felt sick after taking the supplements and the first day of taking the supplements I took two and did not feel well but after that first day everything went much smoother. Not sure how long I took the pills? About two pills a day until I finished the entire bottle. About 3/4ths of me completing the bottle I decided to pluck my two chins hairs and shave my lady mustache to see if they would grow back lighter like a lot of comments had mentioned. My mustache did grow back lighter but it did grow back. Around the same time I finished the bottle I shaved off the little hair that grew back and noticed that the hair I shaved off also grew back much lighter and took longer to grow back. My two chins hairs have yet to grow back. Thank the lord lol. At the time I am writing this review it’s been about 3 weeks since I stopped taking the supplements and still no chin hairs. But I am writing this review to warn others about the decline of estrogen. After experiencing heart palpitations after taking this product. I would like to think I’m a typically pretty healthy person but I was able to see that stopping the supplements led to a decline in estrogen and estrogen helps control the hearts rhythm. So just be aware because this is a supplement that it is supposed to affect and shift your hormones. So yes you may have hormonal acne ( I did), you may feel moody. I actually think it’s supposed to do all of those things. So unfortunately it’s not realistic to think that taking a supplement that’s supposed to change your hormones won’t do that. It’s literally just doing its job. Just stay realistic with expectations because if you notice your body going through changes then you should assume it’s working. I did like the product it was tasty and did its job, no more chin hairs ;) I didn’t like that I was unaware of how much of an effect it would have on my body. With that being said give it a try if you’re feeling risky, everyone’s body is different. Lastly definitely consult a professional before taking any supplements especially if you have underlying health conditions so they can accurately tell you how these things will affect you now and later
