For decades media has reported that roughly 50 percent of American adults don't take medicine as instructed, and pill boxes make make it easier to remember to take them. An "empty" compartment can also help someone who forgot if medicine was taken (which is easy to do since consuming medicine can become so robotic that it's mindless). Get your favorite doctor a case to pass out and help the nation save billions of dollars in Medicare expenses that are increased when patients don't take their medicine as instructed. Product as describe BUT I wish I had received ALL the colors shown in picture and not just some . I purchased only needed 3 of the 7 colors shown; only got 4 of the color shown and only 1 that I needed. I rescue senior dogs and with older dogs comes medication.
