Review: Good energy without jitters - I really like this stuff as it does not give me the jitters like some other pre-workout powders. The taste is decent and it does seem to give you an extended amount of energy more than some other pre-workout powders do. I’m not sure why they use these size containers because when you open it up, less than half the container has powder. But I have weighed it in the past and they indeed have the correct amount that is stated on the label. Just don’t be alarmed when you open it and see hardly anything inside! I took a picture right after I opened the lid and this is what you will see.

**Q: When is the best time to take this supplement?**
A: I work out in the morning on a fasted state so this hits me pretty fast... something like 10-20 mins.  What I do is 10-15 minutes of steady-state cardio for a warmup as soon as I chug it all down, since I don't really need the "boost" during my warmup. By the time I'm done with the cardio, I start lifting and it's able to get me through my 1-1:30 hour workout.   Whether I'm lifting heavy, or for volume, or doing a circuit, it really helps.

Under 'Ingredients' list on description page it states "Contains no sugar, or sucralose." I can't tolerate sucralose so I happily purchased the Strawberry-kiwi flavor thinking it applied to ALL flavors. Apparently, only the blueberry-lemonade contains stevia as a sweetener while the other flavors all contain sucralose and according to my taste, Alot of it. Sucralose causes migraines for myself and and others. I wish it was made clear that only 1 out of 4 flavors contains zero sucralose. I hope this review can help others choose the right item similarly in my position. The description page should be revised and updated to clarify this.
