It's nice and small for a piece of exercise equipment, which is very important in an apartment. It also really gives your muscles a workout. I've only had it for about a week, but I look forward to using it every morning. Do your research, as it is not recommended for people who have pins in their joints, Etc. However, for the rest of us there seems to be some pretty good benefit to it.

I researched many different vibration machines and decided on this one for reasons like level intensity and power source being a power cord rather than battery powered. Just felt like using batteries in a vibration plate wouldn’t be as powerful as a power cord. (Idk? Just my opinion) So far I’m happy with my choice it works great and very powerful. The only thing I don’t care for is the plate itself has raised almost spike like bumps for grip that do hurt my feet. In the directions it says to wear shoes but I’ve always been under the impression that it’s best to be barefoot while using.

The lowest setting is pretty intense, enough so I can’t just relax into it. After using it for about a week I thought I'd see how much more intense higher settings are, and moving it thru all the higher settings didn't increase the speed or intensity! 🤔 I wish I had tried that while my return window was still open, tho the cost is low enough I would likely keep it rather than return for another brand and model.

I love this machine so much, I've gone on it everyday, first week for 10min,second week sometimes 15-20. I feel great, can't say I lost any weight, that wasn't the intention. I have a recent injury on my foot so, I've been sitting down on it instead, even use 3 lb weights for arms while I'm on the plate. BTW, 73yr & a yoga teacher!

Love using this everyday. After being on my feet all day, I hop on for 10 mins and my aches and pains go away. Plus it has helped with leg swelling and even noticed my cellulite decrease.

Very good product for keep your body in shape without sweating.
