Item not working. Contacted supplier who accepted its defective and to return it. However after a week no confirmation yet on return. despite call to customer care. Will Amazon be taking action here?

Can't understand How to connect it.
I did not receive a good response. I AM having a problem in accessing this device. Firstly I can't understand if its on. Though I can See that the power supply is passing as its getting devices charged. Now for connecting to wifi there is an issue. Firstly it Show three ways in the app to connect. And there is no product bar Code provided to Scan. A scanner is provided for the video of How to install on YouTube that too is not clear. Got a customer care help. She says it take 5 to 10 mins to get the link for wifi connect. I tried my level best. But I think I have Lost the patience and gave UP. I dont know How I m going to use this product now. The amount I paid for it I don't think its worth it. Let's See if I get some help from the customer care. Else its in vain.

5000 rs Cam having only 7 days warranty. Don't waste your money. Camera works only for 15- 30 days.
"Disappointed Disappointed Disappointed". I purchased this camera on 15th Oct. But it stopped working after 15 days, after that few days its showing as online and few days offline. I communicated with brand they helped me in resetting the device and doing the configuration again. But unfortunately they were not able to resolve my main issue that device showing as online and offline. They raised their hand saying this product is faulty and cannot be replaced as it has only 7 days warranty. Utter waste product. Never waste your money on such a cheap product. "Disappointed Disappointed Disappointed".
