Review: Get your rest - As I write this review i’m ordering my second bottle. I’ve been working out on and off for 3+ years, I train 5-7 days a week and I can definitely tell you that this product is legit. After 5 days I noticed the recovery and I woke up feeling like a million bucks. It took about 10 days to start noticing the increase in strength. I can’t stress enough the importance of sleep you need 6-8hrs of sleep. Get your macros, right & get out there and train! I do not regret this product. Despite my workouts being more intense, my muscle recovery seems faster; I'm only sore for a couple days post-workout before I feel fully recovered. I have not noticed any negative side effects at all - no lightheadedness or stomach pains (which I have gotten from similar supplements, like tongkat ali). After two weeks of consistent use twice a day I have seen strength gains, endurance benefits in both HIITs and steady state cardio as well as being able to recover better while doing Push-Pull-Leg days twice a week. Going to keep taking it and will write another review after a full bottle.
