REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Support Capsules, 120 Count

I am a mail carrier and I work in 105° weather all summer, this stuff definitely keeps me alive. Really easy to take two tablets right before I hit the street and I do not get headaches or any other heat sick symptoms anymore. Way more convenient than liquid IV and more cost-effective. The capsules are pretty standard size not too big. My 10-year-old can take one just fine.

This pregnant woman is very thankful for these. I have a hard time every now and then getting as much water and hydration as I need, and I can tell when I take these that they are helpful. There’s no taste, and I think the price is reasonable to have these on hand. I trust Redmond and all their products, they’re the only brand I have in my home for salt and electrolytes. If you have a hard time keeping up with hydration from time to time, I highly recommend these!

Love these! Great electrolyte replacement for POTS! Has more sodium & chloride than most supplements so I get the same benefits with less pills! Use these in place of previous electrolyte pill supplements & water additives. Would definitely recommend!

I got this thinking it’d be easier than drinking 16oz of electrolyte powder. But if I take it on an empty stomach, I get so nauseous that I almost throw up. So I honestly forget to even take these pills. I’d rather drink the powder.

I like the convenience of swallowing a pill than adding something salty to my drink. These are convenient and when used regularly they stop any cramping I have in my legs during the night or morning.
