I live FT in an RV and was looking for small ice trays with a locking lid. The lid snaps on but it isn't spill proof so you still have to be careful moving them into the freezer or jostling them around until the ice sets. That was the main reason for my purchase! Had them a few weeks and dropped one on our floor which broke off a piece of the lip and lid. Still usable but felt that was pretty cheap material considering they charge a small fortune for ice cube trays. I would not purchase them again. My freezer is always too full so I don't have much room for ice trays. I don't use ice very often and it usually goes stale. I wanted a few ice cubes available for the occasional drink or guest. These measure about 5-1/2 by 3-3/4 inches with 4-1/2 by 2-3/4 inches usable for ice cubes. There are 7 slots in each. They come with a lid that is nicely flexible and fits very snugly. Maybe now my ice won't go stale and with the lid, they don't even have to lie on a level surface.
