The key is to get 2 or 3 uses and refill it. Also store it upside down always. For hot days is a chef kiss. The guasha was very plastic like an didnt have a stone feel to it but does the work

LOVE the ice roller - Gua Sha is just OK
The ice roller is DEF the reason to buy this product. If you’re buying it for the Gua Sha, you should look for a different product. The ice roller is a little tricky to open without cracking the ice in half - but if you are patient and run it under warm water, it should be just fine. The trick is to warm only the top half of the container so it will slide right off. So far I’ve used water and coffee in the ice roller, both are great! The frozen coffee is perfect for the mornings to help wake up your face and soothe any puffiness or swelling from sleeping. I’m excited to try one with aloe Vera this summer! I knew the Gua Sha wasn’t going to be the best quality - the advertisement even tells you that it’s not rose quartz. It’s just plastic. It still does a decent job, it’s just way thinner than I prefer.

The Gus sha is plastic, not rose quartz.
I really liked this one because the ice mold was so cute, but I was really bummed when the Gua sha turned out to be plastic. definitely takes it down about two stars. I wouldn’t of bought it if I knew that. that being said, the acute shape is nice for the jawline at least..

Good product and quality, just a bit hard to fill up.
The quality and product were really easy to use and the mold came out perfect. The only difficult thing was filling it up to the perfect amount so the mold doesn't overflow. Besides that, I think its definitely worth buying and using!!

Great cheap thing
Like the gua but it wasn’t the same roundness on either sad. One was flat bugged me a little bit. Ice roll is great but very difficult to open the thing without opening it backwards

Gua shua is amazing
The Gua shua works wonders and isn’t glass so no need to treat it like normal ones the ice on the other hand doesn’t shut right and is hard to open when frozen it breaks easy

Do not buy
Would give zero stars if I could. Does not work. Once it freezes it’s IMPOSSIBLE to pull apart the mold. Can’t even use it

It was alright not my style
The gua Sha was very cheap plastic with scratches all over it and with the frozen item it was leaking so much I had to use a towel . I probably didn't know how to work it but definitely not my style
