Needed. Hydration Support with Electrolytes & Trace Minerals, Lemon

I suffered from horrible morning sickness and was not getting proper fluids. I LOATHE sugars and artificial sweeteners, and I especially loathe stevia. Yes, these taste like salt, but it's not a big deal, get over it. Sugar is poison and these are sugar-free. I didn't mind the flavors. The only issue I had with these is as I entered the end of my second trimester and now am in my third, these exacerbate my heartburn so I stopped using them. I like all flavors. Grapefruit gave me the least amount of heartburn. I definitely recommend them because of the clean, sugar-free ingredients and I did feel good after drinking them. I feel guilty about the packaging and the price is a wee high.

So grateful to find something with such clean ingredients that helps me stay hydrated. Easily dissolves and all the flavors taste great, I truly can’t pick a favorite. Could be a little less sweet for my taste but not a biggie. Be warned because they are naturally pigmented that they will stain clear reusable straws (like for a Stanley)

and I cannot return. Save your money, this is SO gross! I thought it might taste like lemonade, it doesn’t at all. I’ll stick with Redmond’s Re-Lyte. So disappointed, these are expensive :(

I’ve only been using the packets for 3 days, but so far it’s been great! I drink much more water because of the electrolytes. I find that I actually want to drink more water which is exactly what I got these for! The flavors are all good, I like lime the best. Other people have said they taste salty but I haven’t found that at all. I do only use a 1/3 (or less) of the packet per water bottle because for me it’s a little strong otherwise. But that just leads to me being more hydrated because I drink more!

These are VERY salty. If you like that in your electrolyte drinks, then these may be for you. Personally, I prefer Nuun, which has a lighter taste. If you’re a fan of Liquid IV, these are quite similar but with a touch more saltiness. On the positive side, they mix easily and are convenient for on-the-go hydration. As a pregnant/postpartum mom, I was hoping for a more balanced flavor and less sodium. The taste might not be for everyone, especially if you’re sensitive to salty drinks, but they do help keep you hydrated. Overall, I think there are other options out there with a more palatable taste for everyday use.

If you mix a pack in with enough water it's like a hint of flavor. Love it!!! No weird sugars and no tummy upset or heartburn. I used this throughout my pregnancy and love it postpartum too.

I was a little hesitant to try the Needed Hydration Support with Electrolytes & Trace Minerals because some reviews mentioned that it tasted salty. My first sip of the grapefruit flavor did have a slightly salty taste, but after drinking it a few times, I actually ended up really loving it. It’s especially refreshing in ice-cold water. The lime and lemon flavors are great as well and not quite as strong as the grapefruit. Overall, I’ve been really happy with them and plan to keep ordering. My only downside is the price — I just wish they were a bit more affordable.

The taste is so so mild but doesn’t feel like an intentional mild- feels like it’s simply poorly mixed/made. Won’t be purchasing again sadly- I much prefer the Thorne ones.
