Yes the systems works with 110-120 Volt home power and the system does come with instructions. An oven is required (not included) to powder coat.

How long are the cords? (from power to gun/ ground wire)

The power cord and ground wires are 5 feet long and can be extended if you need to. The gun cable and air hose are 8 feet long.
