Whys: if you are selling beverages in this machine, when a customer buys the soda, soda can, or whatever type of beverage, it drops hard to the bottom and every time the soda starts to spill out when they open it due to the drop and shaking of it. It has ruined the carpet in our store and the soda keeps staining it when people open their beverages. We are using this machine for more than a month now and we have had 4-5 times that the beverages have gotten stuck between the glass and the shelves and they do not drop. We have also experienced when people put in the cash to buy, they will receive the item and the machine gives them the entire money back in coins without charging them. It completely gives the entire amount they put into the machine instead of just the change, this has happened multiple times. Another instance is, when a person buys something, the machine will also given them the money back completely if they press the coin button, so we have to be in front of the machine at all times because people can get the items and their money and not pay. The box that holds the money is super small, so you need to be taking the money out daily and filling up the coins daily also because it is only coin op and it does not give bills back. (We are making $20-30 a day) We purchased this machine for it to be next to our desk but eventually to be alone, we quickly find out that this machine is not good for commercial space and to be ran alone. The temperature in the machine is not good either. We added the NAYAX card reader to it thinking it might solve some of the money issues mentioned above but it has not, it is even causing more problems. Do not waste your money if you are thinking of putting this in a commercial space. Furthermore, the machine arrived damaged the first time, we had to contact the seller, they did replace it but it came damaged again in the same spot. At this point we would rather return the machine and not have one at all that keep dealing with this machine which has caused more issues than anything else. The beverage slots are very narrow! Most drinks don’t fit. Drinks get stuck between the glass and the shelf often. The return/change coin slot gets jammed 5 out of 10 times. when it’s not jammed the machine will take your money, give you the product and not dispense change.
