Laugh....** A: Unfortunately some people will do whatever it takes to make a buck. I had no choice but to purchase 2 of these units for a project. It pains me to see this kind of gouging. All I can say is make sure that you purchase the units when they are available from UniFi. :-( **Q: What material is the pole/wall mount bracket made of? Plastic/metal? As such, for home use it may be best placed out of reach of children or pets. ### ⭐⭐ Really compact devices - but slow WiFi speeds *by A***N on 17 October 2023* The U6 mesh is much smaller than I thought it was going to be. I setup 3 of these and while they worked well, I just could not get SpeedTest's above 200mb. I think if you want something compact, and plan to have a few of these installed, then they are good choice. However, for me the range and speed were below my expectations.
