I need to replace a SSD From a Vaio VPCZ1, this ssd is 1.8" sata I would like to replace it for a kingston msata ssd, this could work?

I used this to replace the 1.8" ssd in a Thinkpad x301. Worked great with a Samsung 840 EVO 500gb msata drive. As long as the SSD in your Vaio is 1.8" form factor, I believe it should work.

would this fit into a Thinkpad T410s in the slot alloted for the primary hdd drive?

According to the official Motion spec sheets, both of those tablets have 1.8" sata drives. I can't personally vouch for compatibility but its likely this would work with your tablets.
