I was glad the fruity crunch bars were on sale at 19$ and some change since for a 9 pack they seem to go for more on the main site. The bars are thick obviously and hefty; the fruity crunch in particular gives your jaw a mini workout I swear, that might happen more since I don't work my jaw like some people might. Flavor is decent initially, and I don't know why I only taste it with this flavor (because I've had the crispy apple pie, and super cookie crunch, both of which i thoroughly enjoyed all around, was like a high calorie candy bar plus softer also by comparison) I get a noticeable, posssibly soy aftertaste that kind of grows as you finish the bar...not my favorite. Some people might really enjoy this flavor, it's just not for me 6/10.

These have good macros for a meal replacement if you’re bulking, but they are super hard and dense as a result. Not very pleasurable to eat but good for gains

Met-Rx is the best protein bar I've found right now. Especially if you order through Amazon because you really get the best bang for your buck. 9 bars for 35 dollars is cheaper than if you were to stop at the store where they will run you about 4 dollars or more with tax per bar. When ordered in bulk, it's about $3.88 per bar! Other protein bars I've had often don't taste good and don't even have much protein but this bar contains 30 grams of protein per bar and tastes amazing. It's about 380 calories so I usually will eat it on the way to the gym in the morning for breakfast and it is borderline a meal replacement. For the size of the bar, 30g of protein is crazy, it's about the equivalent of my protein shakes! Overall, I would highly recommend this protein bar for anyone looking to up their protein intake while looking for an enjoyable snack.

First, I love the apple pie version. Caramel churro it's also good and so is the cookie. I love fruity cereal in general like the post Dyno bites, but this bar is bland beyond belief. I also noticed being uncomfortably gassy after eating this particular flavor despite only having one green of fiber. Them I looked up an ingredient in them, and this flavor only so far, called allulose. There are two types on here so actually a lot and it hits harder than inulin, aka chicory root fiber. And while that also makes most people gassy it's good for your guy biome while allulose isn't. And my God do these farts stink. Never again and I won't finish the box, straight to the trash.
