The charger plug don't fit too well due to the thick walled case but still works. Not sure about the latter. The port flaps are flimsy and prone to wear and tear from day 1. Switching out the hand puppet feature is a nightmare as you have to uninstall the whole thing and reinstall it again, which was not as advertised. And, to state the obvious it does absolutely nothing to protect the most vulnerable part of a surface tablet: the screen.
