A thousand stars!
If I could give this a thousand stars I would! First off, I am someone who has trouble using the bathroom. I go maybe once a week, I have issues with constipation and IBS! So my mo told me to get this. I started to take one day and didn’t really see a difference. Then she told me to take 4 a day (based on my weight). WARNING *TMI* The next day I UNLOADED. Probably 5 Lbs worth I was in SHOCK! I take this stuff every night and I am now regular every day, I go sometimes multiple times in a day now. I will never not take this stuff.
