I was so impressed I decided to use it on the crepey skin on the inside of my arms (from the elbow to the wrist). Wow, there was a huge difference after just a few days as well. I used the product at night, it is virtually fragrance- free, does not leave a sticky unpleasant feel after application. I also used it on my neck - which for some reason isn't as crepey - just more saggy :-( But my neck looked better, too! As far as versatility, I would definitely agree that you can use it on any part of your body that you find crepey. Price wise it's a good value for all it does. If you wanted to use it on your legs or large parts of your body, it wouldn't particularly be a good value.
