Any advice?** A: I have never been able to open one of these jars, no matter how much hot water I use. The one I just bought couldn't even be opened by various muscular men around my neighborhood. So finally a woman started working the lid open with a spoon for a good 10 minutes, and suddenly, it popped right off. Are they outside or kept inside/hold on an outside dirt area and just fed with grass?** A: From what I could decipher based on available Straus Creamery information, the cows are indeed well treated. They have access to outdoors most of the time and given that they are based in CA, it's the majority of time. The caveat though is that the cows seem to be fed some grains.
