If I could get exact ingredients that would be great.** A: Here are the ingredients in order from the package: Beet Sugar, Palm Kernel and Palm Oil, Carob Powder, Soy Lecithin. It also states that it is made in a dedicated nut and gluten free manufacturing facility. **Q: Where are these made?** A: package says " manufactured for PANOS brands, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662, panosbrands.com"And "made in a dedicated nut and gluten free manufacturing facility" **Q: Does this product have any percentage of caffeine?** A: The packaging I got says "no caffeine" right on the front. I think that's the point of Carob for many, it's chocolate like without the caffeine. I was specifically looking for it for that reason as well ;). **Q: Are the carob chips still safe to eat if they arrived completely melted?** A: Yes, they are safe to eat. However the blocks of carob are a pain to deal with. Also, these chips have a large amount of sugar in them, so it might be wise to limit their content in any baked goods. I have eaten parts of the melted chip blocks and it's like eating melted chocolate that has formed a lump.
