The Smiley Daisy diffuser that I received was exactly as pictured, however it did NOT have the logo printed in it at all, so that was a plus. To the customers who have mentioned that they didn't like the logo on the product, it appears that Smiley Daisy listened to you! To me, that signaled good customer service from this company.As for the diffuser itself though, it's just ok in my opinion. It's about 8 inches tall and believe the word "mini" in the description of the product, because this diffuser is for small rooms--really small rooms. The instructions talk about how the scent strength has to do with a lot of different factors, but so far no matter which brand or type of oil I have put in it or if I have used tap or bottled water, I have to be sitting VERY near the diffuser to smell anything. I understand that you don't have to actually "smell" the essential oils for them to be effective, but I WANT to smell the scent of the oils when I walk into a room. I expected that in my living room since it is a large, open space, that this diffuser would be too small and have too little of an output to make a difference, but I did not expect that in my master bedroom, which is about 16'x17', would be too large.I think that the lack of scent diffused is due to the low output of the water vapor, more than anything. That's also why I would not call this a "humidifier" (not that I bought it because of that description) because the amount of humidity that it puts out is so incredibly little, I think that using that word in the description could be misleading to someone looking for an essential oil diffuser that DOES humidify.This diffuser would be good in a smaller bedroom or small office, but like I said, even though my master bedroom is not small, it's not huge either, and unless I am next to the diffuser on my nightstand, I can't smell the oils. I even shut my bedroom door, walked out, and came back in, and could not smell anything.The pluses of this little diffuser is that it is quiet, you can turn off the colored lights or even stop the light sequence on a certain light, and the mist can come out in 30 second increments or constantly. I really like that feature of being able to mist intermittently. One thing I do not like is that it can be tricky to get the cover lined up and twisted back on the base of the diffuser with the water and oil in it, without spilling the water and oil.For my first diffuser though, I am a bit disappointed that it doesn't have a higher output of mist in order to really make a scent difference. I read lots of reviews and a few did mention this same thing, but since there were SO many more great reviews, I figured that maybe those people were using inferior oils or were doing something wrong, or just had very, very high expectations. But sadly, I wonder if there is a difference in the quality of manufacturing of each model of this particular diffuser, because mine really doesn't put out a lot of scent.I just noticed that the Smiley Daisy Diffuser model "Hibiscus" has MUCH better reviews, however when I was shopping on Amazon, I did not see that diffuser. I wish I would have bought that one though, had it been available. I hope to buy a different diffuser that has a better output soon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life Changing if you suffer from Sinus or Allergy Issues *by K***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2015* I specifically bought this diffuser to try essential oils for the first time. For the past 2-3 winters my sinuses have become inflamed and I have had a hard time breathing both day and night. I had low expectations as I just couldn't imagine this working but much to my surprise it did and almost automatically. This diffuser is the perfect size to sit on a night table in the bedroom, end table in the family room or on a desk in the study. You can barely hear it running and it puts out a decent amount of mist. There are two buttons on the front. The button on the left is for the light option. One press and the diffuser rotates through all the different colors, another press and it will fixate on a particular color and the third press turn off the light all together. The button on the right is for the mist options. With one press the green light option or intermittent option comes on. It alternates between mist and off at thirty seconds each. A second press will show the red light which means the diffuser is constantly running. I have only used the intermittent option and seems to last around 16 hours at which point it automatically shuts off. If you are a light sleeper and you turn off the color option for night time the green intermittent light is more than likely going to bother you. It is very bright so I have set mine behind my alarm clock so it blocks the light out. To turn off the diffuser manually you press and hold the mist light button for 2 seconds. Smiley Daisy sent two emails on the product which was nice because I had never used a diffuser before. The first email came after the product shipped and pretty much laid out the directions on how to use the diffuser. They also gave you a link to watch a video which was nice. The second email came a few days later explaining the benefits of using a diffuser and how to clean the diffuser itself. It also mentioned the 180 day warranty on product replacement. I used Ovvio Sinus Relief Essential Oil which automatically opened up my sinuses and I have slept and felt so much better. I am VERY VERY happy with the results and have since bought two more diffusers to use through out the house for both myself and my husband. I would highly recommend this diffuser and oil if you suffer from sinus or allergy issues.
