Exterior cleans up easily with a magic eraser. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars So far, really nice! *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2024* Tired of inline-skate type wheels and ducted-taped corners of my old soft-sided luggage, I purchased this set for my upcoming month-long cruise. So far, I'm really impressed! Transitioning from soft-sided to hard-sided might take a moment (opening like a book instead of a box), but I think I'll really like it. The 28" and 26" can both expand, which is a necessity for this habitual over-packer! The zipper on the 26" case had two places where the teeth of the zipper has pulled apart, but in running the zipper over them they closed up fine. I am watching them very closely though and will replace that case if they cause any further trouble. (I purchased the 3 year coverage.) The corner of the 28" case has two small areas of discoloration (like the plastic had been stressed), but there is no damage to the case otherwise, so I'm not concerned about that. The TSA locks were easy to change the passcode. The zippers don't fit as deep down into the locks as I expected, but they locked fine. The locking mechanism doesn't appear to be the best though -- somewhat small and flimsy. A couple bad hits or bumps, and they'll probably not work. Makes me glad I purchased the coverage! However, the zippers do have holes to put a padlock type lock through if they do fail. The lock on the 26" case got caught and wouldn't open at first. I gently manipulated the lock until it finally released and opened. I'm hoping that it was a sticky place due to newness and not being used. However, it that happens again, I will request a replacement case. The material inside the cases is so nice! It is not plastic like in less expensive types of luggage. The interior zippers do seem a little thin for my taste, but they work very well so far. Each case has three interior pockets, the dividing sheet which zips closed on the left side, and an x-type elastic band to hold clothing in place on the right side. The wheels work well, but I hope they are attached very well to the cases (you can't tell how they're attached). The telescoping handles seem par for the course. I love the soft feel of the handles on each of the cases (one on top, one on the side), and they go flat so they shouldn't catch on anything in transit. The thin rubber along the edges of the cases where the zippers are don't seem to be very sturdy. I think the rubber stripping should be a bit thicker and sewn on with at least a double stitch. As they are, there's only one line of stitching attaching the rubber to the case. This is definitely something I'll keep my eye one.Once I use this luggage set, if my opinion changes or if anything goes wrong, I will update this review by Dec of 24. I gave four stars rather than five for the concerns mentioned previously.
