I couldn’t put it down, it’s funny, uplifting, spicy but without loosing a great storyline with some wonderful characters.The characters are witty ;) fun, so opposite but small town living with all their lives intertwined slowly but surly your routing for that love story, you know the one which seems an odd match but perfect. And this one is definitely a rollercoaster of a story with a mess going on that is sad, laugh out loud funny and some super spicy scenes that keep you hooked.I don’t like to put any spoilers in, as me myself hate them when looking at reviews, I’d rather have the enjoyment of reading the book to find out why the reviews say just how good it is. Let me tell you it’s definitely worth the read!I finished this book so quick, I couldn’t wait to read the next two in this series! I’d highly recommend this book.This was the first book I’d ever read by Lucy Score and I know she will become one of my favourites now that’s for sure! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Things We Never Got Over *by B*** on 21 November 2024* So I tried to read this about a year ago and I just couldn’t get into it for some reason. I decided to go back and give it a second go as I’d seen so much love for it and I’m so glad I did! I really enjoyed it second time round, one of my favourites books I’ve read this month. I sometimes struggle with romance books being a bit too cheesy but this to me had the right amount of ‘falling in love’ and banter with some really great, likeable characters. I feel like I want to go move to Knockemout! I would say 4.5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend *by A***R on 13 January 2025* This book had me laughing the whole way through (with the odd tear). What a fantastic read. I loved the storyline and every character. Well done to the author.
