Yes. Horizon Milk boxes do fit in the holder.

Will these work with Simple Modern reusable pouches?

Yes. The Simple Modern pouches have a notched spout neck that works perfectly with the Flipping Holder. Because these pouches are a bit longer (with the zip seal at the bottom), they are taller than the holder. We fold the zip part up into the holder to allow for the holder to still stand, but that's optional.

Where can I buy the just the lids?

The lids are sold separately on the company’s website, or there’s a deluxe version you can buy that comes with the lid. This listing is for the kind with no lid.

Will this fit the 8oz Horizon milk boxes?

It fits a 6 Oz juice box very snug, I just tried it.

Fit baby pouch and super convenient

Super convenient and fit baby pouch perfectly. My 9 months old still needs to figure out how to suck the purée on her own but I feed her with my hand squeezing the bottom of the pouch instead of having the lid so I don’t need a bowl and spoon when we’re “on the go”. I wish I knew about this holder when I had my 2 older sons. This is definitely money well spent and great purchase!
