This Teclor Inversion Table is a miracle for back pain. It is sturdy, easy to put together, and provides immediate relief by effectively stretching my spine. At about half the cost of the highest price inversion tables, this seemed like a fair choice. Assembly was fairly straightforward with some interpretation of the instructions. All the parts were there. Putting it together took about 45 mins. Would have been a bit faster but I used the POS wrenches that were provided rather than going to the toolbox to get real wrenches. No leftover parts but now the cons . . . The padded back table is cheaply made, with lots of staples but I am not impressed with the quality Lumbar support - supposed to attach with hook and loop, the problem with that is you need both parts, nothing on the backboard that it can attach to. Pretty much useless anyway, so cheaply made. The foam pads at the ankle bar, slip on and slip off, pretty sure I will be using some spray adhesive to keep them in place. And as for durability, it's a joke, just a tube of raw foam Height indicators are metric so I had to google to find out what 5' 9 was Safety strap - useless POS BUT - it works and I got some back relief, so over all a solid 4

So far I really like this inversion table. It feels pretty solid and was easy enough to set up. The ankle holders are comfortable and I like having the safety strap there. I’ve been using it to stretch my back after work and it feels good. Seems like a good product for the price.
