Do I really need to wait 4-5 days to have it cure? I am looking to use it on my copper kitchen sink and not using the sink for 5 days wouldn't be easy

ProtectaClear is delicate until it is cured. I understand that not using your sink is difficult.  So, a warm fan and air movement can help the coating cute more quickly.  I used a hair dryer to blow warm air into my copper sink occasionally when it was curing.  If you need to use it, Just dry out the sink with a soft cloth after you use it and don't leave dishes sitting in the sink. It should be fine as long as you treat it gently until it cures. I have a copper roof copula and a copper weather vane. which product do i need, protectaclear or everbrite?

For outdoor copper, you will need 2 coats of Everbrite.  A 4oz Everbrite should take care of both items.  If the copper is new, solvent wipe and coat it.  If the copper needs cleaning, make the copper look like you want it to and then apply 2 coats to keep it that way for years.

My stainless steel sink rusts. Will this help protect and stop rusting in the sink?

ProtectaClear will help your sink from rusting by sealing the stainless steel. The EZPrep neutralizer can be used to neutralize acid if you use an acidic cleaner to remove the rust. The metal must be completely clean and dry before applying ProtectaClear.  Two coats are recommended for bath sinks and 4 coats for kitchen sinks because kitchen sinks get more abuse.
