Llevo tomando las pastillas Height Grow por unos meses y estoy muy contento con los resultados. Al principio tenía mis dudas, pero después de seguir las instrucciones y acompañarlas con una buena alimentación y algo de ejercicio, he notado una mejora en mi postura, y lo más importante: ¡he ganado algunos centímetros de estatura! Me siento con más energía y confianza, y también he dormido mejor, ya que algunas de las vitaminas que contiene ayudan a mejorar el descanso, algo esencial para el crecimiento. No he tenido efectos secundarios y me gusta que sean ingredientes naturales. Obviamente, no son mágicas, pero si eres constante y cuidas tu salud en general, pueden ayudarte. Muy recomendadas para quienes están en etapa de desarrollo o quieren intentar mejorar su estatura de forma natural.

Been using this for 4 years now and I think it works for my kids. My 16 yo is now 5'10 and my 14 yo is 5' 5". They are both taller than their dad. Did not work for my daughter because she stopped as she said that she gets acne when she takes this.

Firstly, I do not know if supplements like this will actually help with height growth, as it could take many months of continuous usage to see any results and I simply have not had the product long enough for such results. I mostly got these because the blend of Vitamin D, Calcium, Zinc, Creatine, and others, as they are a good balance to go with my other supplements. They will help me with my workout routine and muscle fatigue, but of course results with supplements are not expected from everyone... so these are only my thoughts. The bottle itself was well-sealed and packaged. The capsules are around the size of my multi-vitamin, not an issue for me to take them, but they may be troublesome to swallow for those with issues taking pills and/or younger people. The 120 count supply is enough for two months of 2 capsules/day and based on the listing it stated you will probably need to take them daily for several months to begin seeing results. As I said, I haven't noticed any height increase yet, but I am still on month one and I am an adult which means my results will likely be much less as my height is pretty well locked in at this point.

Contains Gelatin that is not advertised or mentioned on Amazon ingredients. I have unopened bottle but Cannot be replaced or returned. Very unhappy!

I have 3 kids ages 15, 13 and 11. My 15 year old daughter seem to stopped growing since she was 14. My 13 year old son grew 9 inches in less than 2 years and my 11 year old son are left behind by his brother. This is before I purchased this product. I purchased this to help the 3 of them with their growth and after 3 months of use. The height of my 15 year old daughter stays the same but both my 13 and 11 year old added 1 1/2 inches. This could just be a growth spurt for the boys but I did subscribe and will continue to use it for at least 1 year and see the result.

When it comes to healthy child growth and height, a complete and well balanced diet is always the most important and effective way to go. But it’s also good to supplement, in addition to eating quality foods, to ensure any potential gaps are covered. For promoting normal growth and development of bone and tissue for kids, I’m typically looking for any mix of Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, as well as Calcium, Phosphorus, collagen, calcium, & Ashwagandha. Comparing to these capsules, there’s quite a lot here, some of what I’m looking for and more of what I wasn’t even considering. The ingredients include: Vitamin D 62.5 mcg, Calcium 300 mg, Zinc 10 mg, Height Growth Blend 400 mg (L-Arginine HCI, L-Ornithine, L-Glutamine, Spinach leaf, Creatine Monohydrate, GABA, 5-hydroxytryptophan). It’s the height growth blend that makes this more unique. Mostly made of various amino acids that I currently take or have taken in the past but haven’t considered for my kiddos. For instance, I know L-Arginine can increase blood flow and muscle growth, while the GABA and Glutamine, when supplemented for kids at low dose, are better known for mental focus and cognition. So I do like the mix of ingredients, but I think my main concern is that I don’t know exactly how much of each ingredient exists in their growth blend. These items can be especially helpful for kids but only in specific low amounts. For instance, too much 5-HTP can cause stomach problems and muscle spasms, too much GABA causes drowsiness, and too much ornithine may cause restlessness and diarrhea. So the quantities of each blend ingredient are likely very safe but when it comes to supplements for kids I prefer to be absolutely certain.
