Excellent tool for cleaning big windows
Really pleased with this purchase. I have some really tall windows and I can reach the very top with this. The wider rubber blade helps with big areas. Blade is streak and squeak free. I’ve used it a few times now and quality seems fine.

How to buy replacement parts?
Works great; Writing this review to contact the seller, I need the part where the head attaches to the rest of the pole; I have lost that one piece, rendering the whole thing useless. How do I get in touch with the seller to buy just that one part? Thank you.

Great Sturdy Reach
We have two story windows in our great room and the extended pole configuration is just what I needed. Easy to handle and control at full length as well. I am still not completely sold on having the soaker and squeegee on the same head as I am sometimes getting splash from the soaker on the window when squeegeeing. It will take some getting used to to not have this happen. Otherwise good product so far, happy with the quality of build, ease of assembly and soaker/squeegee removal.

Great window cleaner
I was using windex on my outside windows and it always left streaks. This squeegee works wonder and cleaning windows is fast and easy.
