Works great! - This was a fantastic find. We priced out a company to install a system and both bids came in over $9,000. It is solid equipment that works like a charm. The customer service was exceptional. The door strikes supplied did not match our door style. But customer support responded quickly and resolved our problem with a fast and spot on correction. I have connected 6 of them together to make a massive 24 door system. Multiple Mag Locks and door strikers in a 10,000 square foot building. The devices setup was simple, as it only took 1 Cat6 cable per door to wire. I did however run into an issue when I configured the system. I spent hours trying to trouble shoot the problem, when i finally couldn't fix it I contacted tech support and they personally contacted me at 11pm to fix the problem. That is some real tech support!!!! The guy in minutes figured out the problem and it was working from that point on. I contacted them a few other times for instructions on how to setup other things and just like the first time the tech support was top notch. I will be buying many more of these to install over 100+ doors. I am so glad I took the chance and choose this product and this seller.
