New rice cooker needed
Our old rice had finally give up, looked at many but chose this one, arrived well packaged and looks impressive very smart item. We cook rice most days abd this gives excellent results, white or brown rice perfectly cooked, once you use a proper rice cooker you never use anything else, recommend.

Controls portions. Frees up hob space and saucepans.
Very happy with this rice cooker. I often found I cooked too much rice or too little. Or it was over cooked to mush. I decided to try a rice cooker to control portion sizes better and avoid the constant checking to make sure I didnโt over cook. It has been brilliant for that. I also love that it frees up an extra hob ring and saucepan for use and that there is no sticky mess to scrape out of a saucepan. I also love that itโs so easy to clean as itโs non stick and easily washed by hand, freeing up dishwasher space. Iโve cooked quinoa, white rice and couscous in it so far. All turned out great. Probably not necessary to use it for couscous though as thatโs cooked so quickly just by sitting in hot water but I like the fact it frees up space on the hob so used it for that too. I just stopped it cooking much sooner than it would have cooked it. Iโm looking forward to trying brown rice this week as I was never successful cooking brown rice on the hob. I also have wild rice to try this week which I believe can be cooked on brown rice setting or grain setting. Iโve used the nutribullet a lot since purchasing and so far Iโve nothing negative to say.

Good cooker but quite big.
I purchased this because I got fed up of watching the rice cook on the stove top. Itโs quite a big if you only have a small kitchen so worth bearing in mind if you have limited space. Itโs really easy to set up and comes with a spatula and measuring cup for whatever youโre cooking. Thereโs a guide to what water ratio you will need and printed on the side of the cooking pot which is very helpful. Unfortunately there is no actual timer when cooking rice or porridge, only a 10min countdown at the end which is a bit of a let down. The automatic keep warm function is great and seems to work well. Cleaning is easy and the accessories can be stored inside when itโs not in use. So far I have cooked white rice which turned out ok and took around 30-40 minutes. The porridge turned out a bit lumpy and did boil out of the steam vent using the instructions in the manual. Havenโt tried the steam function yet but looks simple enough to use.

I like it.
I like this nutribullet cooker, so far it has cooked perfect rice and porridge. I am happy with my purchase. I like most that it free's up my time, just add the rice/porridge and water set it up and it does the work. After some time of use I attempted to make the 10 cups, but it ended in disaster. The contents boiled over and I had a major clean up operation. I only use this now for 2 cups of whatever grain I am preparing. Also when I soak the rice I add less water. But I am still happy with this product.

Love it!
Looking for a smaller rice cooker... this is perfect. Others are so HUGE. We are a family of 4 and this could feed a party!
