Canboc Hard Drive Case for Western Digital Elements WD My Passport

Fit my hard drive perfect and protects it. The size and color is exactly as described and doesn't feel or look cheaply made. highly recommend!

I purchased this for my external hard drives. On one side is an area that can hold the drive with a strap of elastic to hold it in. On the other side there is a mesh area suitable for storing the cord. The case is a touch bigger than some but not obtrusively so. This is important because it will comfortably hold slim drives such as Seagates 2TB Slim drive as well as the standard Western Digital 2TB drive up to the much thicker Western Digital 4TB drive. (I have several drives that I use.) It could potentially hold two slim drives but I would be hesitant to do so for fear of them scratching or bumping each other. The color matches my rose gold laptop very nicely and it comes with a matching clip-on strap for carrying. I've seen this case also marketed for use for beauty products, as an impromptu clutch, and as a case for a digital camera. It is fur (or other similar material) lined to protect the contents. It does everything except be completely waterproof since the zipper part doesn't allow for that. Very pleased with this purchase.

This case is so pretty!! It’s perfect for my daughters iPod and ear buds. Sturdy and color is nice. I’d buy this again. Good value for the money.

Just received this, this past week; and, the first thing I noticed is the floral-like smell. It was really amazing that not only is the case a pretty color; but, it also smelled good. I like the idea of different colors for these cases, it make it extremely easy to know which one to pick up versus looking thru every black case you have. I made the mistake of using a folder label to identify the black one I have and had enormous trouble removing it when I tried to do so. Anyway, if these come in other colors I will definitely buy more.

I love the color, which helps me identify my portable Hard Drives quickly. The fit is perfect for my 4 TB Western Digital drive without worrying about the case and cables rubbing. A sturdy zipper secures the case with an optional included strap to attach for carrying the case if desired. Very happy with my purchase!

As others mentioned, it arrived with a strong odor inside. I left it opened up on a shelf to air out, and eventually forgot about it for about a year. At that point the smell was gone. The case is thicker than needed for my Seagate Backup Plus. I actually found it to be perfect for my Jackery Giant+ Portable Charger, so I’m now happily using it for that.

I am a bit of a neat freak, so most of my important tech stuff needs to be in a sturdy, but girly pink case. This case is a exact fit for My Passport, yet it is large enough to easily take it in and out of the case, and has a handy spot for the data cable as well. This purchase was worth every penny! I will be buying a case for my husband's My Passport as well, since they have several colors to choose from.

I own two passports. For my first one I bought the case bestbuy had on hand. The zipper broke right away and I had to jam ther cords in ther case. With third second case I decided to see what I could get on Amazon. The quality of this base is great. The zipper o's heavy duty. The inside space is phenomenal. I can fit the passport in the secured area and in the pocket on the other side I can put the cord, my software dongle and a memory stick. With room to spare!
